Terms & Conditions for Cake Orders
Your cake order will only be booked in once deposit has been paid. Deposit must be secured at least two weeks before completion. The deposit will be 50% of the total balance of your cake order. Final payment must be paid on collection or prior to deliver or one week prior to the wedding date! The deposit is non-refundable.
Any changes to your order will be accepted until two weeks prior to the event date. After this time changes may incur a charge.
If you wish to collect your cake order, you must keep to the agreed date and time. Once collected, the order becomes your responsibility. We cannot be held responsible for any damages caused to the cake once it leaves the premises.
In the event of a cancellation, deposits are non-refundable. Any balance paid after the deposit however, can be refunded if the cake is cancelled over two weeks before the cake is due.
We reserve the right to photograph your cake order, before delivery/collection for our own reference and may be used for advertising purposes.
Release and Liability
We will work with you to ensure you are completely happy with your order. We shall not be held responsible for your cake order once it has been collected or delivered. We will advise you on how to store the cake beforehand.
